Payment Information

Balance’s must be paid upon arrival by Cash or Business Check, or prior by credit/debit card, venmo or Zelle. Set up may be delayed if payment is not secured upon arrival. To prepay your event please call or text us at 951-897-8612.

Deposits are half the total event. Deposits can be made via Business Check, Credit/Debit card*, Venmo, or Zelle

*If paying by credit card you must add $3.50 for each $100 paid for processing fees. For example for a $200 deposit, you would need to pay $207

A reservation form and deposit is needed to secure your event date.

Cancellation Policy

Once your event is booked you are responsible for the full amount of the event. All Deposits are non-refundable – No exceptions. Event deposits can be transferred to a future date or event within one year of the original event date.

Deposits are non-refundable! Once you have submitted our reservation form and completed your deposit, you are responsible for the full amount of your event. Cancellations are only accepted by written notice, no later than 30 days before your event. If cancellation is received 30 days prior to your event, deposits can be transferred to a future date or event within one year of the original event date.

Event Information

Please provide point of contact information, maps and other instructions needed before the day of event.

We arrive approximately 1 hour before your event for set up.

If you require that we be set up and ready sooner than your event start time, please let us know right away. Additional Fees may apply.

Balance of service to be paid upon our arrival – Set up will not begin until balance is paid in full

It is your responsibility to have 40-50 feet of parking ready and available for our truck and trailer. Our truck and trailer will need to be able to get within 50 feet of the set up area or an additional set up fee of up to $100 may apply. Once unloaded please direct the driver to their parking location. If you think there will be parking and/or set up obstacles please notify us prior to your event. Without notice the extra time for set up could take away from your event time. Please do NOT let guests or other vendors block our vehicle or access to the trailer as we must leave upon completion of your event.

We do prefer the Petting Zoo to set up on grass however dirt works as well. Please note: these are animals and they will eat plants, grass etc – we are not liable for any damage to lawns that might arise. If we will be setting up on any other surface please let us know prior to your event. A $25 shavings fee will apply if ground cover is needed. Please note: there will be some residue left from the ground cover but should easily blow away or wash off. We do try and leave the area as clean as we can.

We supply and encourage the use of hand sanitizer for all petting zoo guests.

If at any time, we feel the event has developed into an unsafe situation, we reserve the right to leave without refund.

We reserve the right to change, include or exclude animals for any reason we deem necessary as we must take care of their needs, safety and comfort. These are living animals and can get ill or hurt.

On rare occasions due to unforeseen circumstances we may need to work together to overcome specific hurdles. For example a flat tire, vehicle breakdown or family emergencies.

We are fully insured. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

Nettie’s Party Pals reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

Petting Zoo and Pony Ride Rules

Our ponies have a weight limit of 75 lbs. If you will be having riders above the limit we can upgrade to a larger pony or horse for an additional fee. The larger pony and horse have a weight of 100 lbs

Shoes are Required for both the Children and Adults around Ponies and in the Petting Zoo

No Running or Yelling in the zoo or around the ponies

No food or drink is allowed in the petting zoo

No picking up the animals

No chasing or hitting the animals

No Dogs are allowed in or around the zoo or ponies

All of our Animals, especially the Goats and Sheep will eat or try to chew on clothing, jewelry, furniture, plants, landscaping, etc. We are not liable.

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

(Read Carefully Before Accepting)

In consideration of being permitted to participate in any activity provided by Nettie’s Party Pals (including, but not limited to, pony rides, equine interactions, petting zoo, animal feeding, handling, and presence in animal containment/interaction areas), the undersigned parent(s) and/or legal guardian(s) of the minor participant agree to the following terms:

1. INSPECTION OF AREA & EQUIPMENT: The parent(s) and/or legal guardian(s) will instruct the minor participant to inspect the area, animals, and equipment prior to participating. If the participant or guardian believes anything is unsafe, they agree to immediately advise Nettie’s Party Pals staff and refuse/cease participation.

2. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF INHERENT RISKS: I/We fully understand and acknowledge that interacting with live animals and equine involves inherent, unpredictable risks. Specific hazards include, but are not limited to:

   – Sudden animal movements, bolting, biting, scratching, kicking, or stepping on feet.

   – Falls from horses or ponies.

   – Allergic reactions or exposure to zoonotic pathogens, dirt, and animal waste.

   – Risks caused by the negligence of the participant or third parties.

   – Severe bodily injury, partial/total disability, paralysis, or death, as well as severe economic and social loss.

3. CALIFORNIA STATUTORY WARNINGS & ASSUMPTION OF RISK:

  I/We expressly acknowledge that animals are inherently unpredictable and agree to voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen.

4. RELEASE, WAIVER, AND HOLD HARMLESS: I/WE HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Nettie’s Party Pals, its owners, operators, handlers, agents, contractors, and employees, as well as event sponsors, promoters, venue hosts, and facility owners (collectively referred to as “Releasees”), FROM ALL LIABILITY to the undersigned, my/our personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin for any and all claims, demands, losses, or damages on account of injury, death, or property damage, arising out of or relating to the activity, whether caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise.

5. DANGEROUS ACTIVITY ACKNOWLEDGMENT: I/We acknowledge that animal interactions and equine activities carry inherent danger. Injuries sustained may be compounded or exacerbated by the Releasees’ emergency response or rescue procedures.

6. INDEMNIFICATION BY CLIENT / BOOKING PARTY: If, despite this release, a participant or third party makes a claim against any of the Releasees, the undersigned agrees to reimburse, defend, and hold harmless the Releasees from any money, legal fees, or damages incurred. Furthermore, the party booking Nettie’s Party Pals through this contract agrees to ensure all participating guests/minors have valid acceptance of this waiver prior to entering the activity area, and assumes sole liability for any non-signing participants.

7. SEVERABILITY: If any portion of this agreement is held invalid, the remaining balance shall continue in full legal force and effect according to the laws of the State where the event takes place (California or Georgia).

BY ACCEPTING THIS DOCUMENT, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ THIS WAIVER, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND ACCEPT IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY AS A BINDING CONDITION OF PARTICIPATION.

Travel & Delivery Pricing: Your deposit secures your event date and base pricing. Quoted travel and handling fees are flat-rate bundles calculated using current fuel market rates. Because fuel prices can change between booking and event dates, the travel portion of your quote may be adjusted. Final total balances will be locked 14 days prior to your event, and any fuel adjustment will not exceed 10% of the initial quote. The remaining balance is due on the event date (or per invoice terms for P.O. accounts).

Client Agrees:

By submitting this reservation form/waiver and contract agreement, I consent to the terms and conditions outlined above. I have read and fully understand Nettie’s Party Pals rules, regulations, and policies. I also release Nettie’s Party Pals from all liability and take full responsibility for myself and my guests.
