My daughter is obsessed with micro cows and we surprised her with Clairebelle during her masters degree graduation party in my backyard yard. She was totally surprised and it was so worth it. We got to hang out with clairebelle for 1 hour to take photos and hug her and snuggle her. The owners take such good care of their animals and it showed in the way they were so attentive to clairebelle and how clariebelle interacted with them. Their communication in setting up the details of the party was clear and organized. They even made sure clairebelle was wearing a scarf of my daughters university colors. So awesome. From start to finish, the experience was amazing. The team arrived right on time, set everything up smoothly, and were so kind and professional throughout the whole event. The animals were all so gentle, friendly, and well cared for — the kids (and even the adults!) couldn’t get enough of them. The pony rides were a huge favorite and such a special touch. I had a party at a park that required more documentation than the average area , and even when things were getting complicated on my end , and they had every reason to just say “forget you” the owner Nettie never did. She was very responsive and accommodating and made it work. The day of the party her team was on time and very professional. They were very friendly with the kids , and the animals were well behaved. We have been using Netties Party Pals for years now! They come to our church and school twice a year. At Christmas time we do a living nativity play (get the mini donkey, sooooo cute!) and Easter we have a petting zoo and pony rides. They never disappoint! I appreciate that they showed up early,even though it was Coachella weekend and we are in Palm Desert! Their staff was friendly and answered all.our questions.Our children loved the sheep,goats, and donkey,and our parents loved sitting back and watching their kids play. The animals were gentle and well cared for. We will probably be having them back soon! Special thanks to Nettie's for helping make our event so wonderful!
